I have a caregiver from Visiting Angels comes for my mother. She helps with showering, she helps get her dressed, and just general companionship. She is very nice. The only drawback I have with her is that she is from South Africa, and she is very hard to understand. My mother doesn't really talk to her because she said she can't understand her. Visiting Angels needs to improve on hiring more people. The fact that they didn't have anybody to step in last week kind of gave them a negative mark. I wasn't too happy about that. I believe the caregiver is friendly toward my mother, but I don't think the communication is very good because she doesn't understand what she is saying.

They provided my friend with care of daily living. They were always on time and very compassionate. As for the on-call people who have to answer calls even at 3 am they were on point to make sure all the request were fulfilled. I wasn't an easy person to work with but they were very kind to help even me out resolve the many situations. They made sure to do everything my friend done her way not theirs.we were through 3 other agencies and nothing like visiting angels. I recommend them!!!

There are 2 Angels who work in the office..Nicole and Kristy. This past Tuesday they took a friend of mine, who lives alone, to lunch. When I went to his home on Wednesday he was so happy. He told me that they made his day. I don't know when I have seen him so upbeat. I am sure this is an example of the service Visiting Angels provides. Thank you for caring above and beyond

I was asked to give a review for this company and I would give them 5 stars my mom loved her caregiver and they shared many great times mom always looked forward to the caregiver coming and she did such a great job with mom. I cant say enough about them. They were great!

They take great care of both my parents and I would recommend anyone looking for service for a family member to use their service. Very professional and caring staff. They are always available when you need them.
