"We're working with Home Instead - Lancaster, PA for my father. We have been using them for three months now. I've been extremely impressed. They provide general care as well as more specialized care as well, but we've only needed the general care at this point. We're using them just for socialization purposes as well as making sure medications, food, and whatnot, but just for general use. They come in five days a week, six hours a day. It's split between three in the morning and three in the afternoon. The caregivers do vary.
