Care Connect Solutions has been incredibly helpful as we have sought to bring my mom home from the hospital. We didn’t want her to be in a nursing home and CCS provided the necessary people to provide my mom with the 24/7 care that she needs. They have gone above and beyond to find the perfect caregivers for our family and they have been willing to work with varying schedules in the past few months. They have always responded promptly to any issues and have sought to find the best possible solution for everyone. I would certainly recommend them as a company for others looking for in-home care. .

This is a terrible agency. Do not entrust your relative to this company. They bill extra time, they have caregivers that are neglectful and some dont speak English well or know how to cook basic things. They are basically inept but for a few caregivers who are competent.

Courteous, over-the-top help in all capacities, personable, clean and neat in appearance, dependable, caring, - just remarkable how this CG has improved my mental stamina, endurance and self knowledge. The agency has been so very helpful in connecting me with a person, personality, that meshes so well with mine!
