"We're working with Home Instead - Lancaster, PA for my father. We have been using them for three months now. I've been extremely impressed. They provide general care as well as more specialized care as well, but we've only needed the general care at this point. We're using them just for socialization purposes as well as making sure medications, food, and whatnot, but just for general use. They come in five days a week, six hours a day. It's split between three in the morning and three in the afternoon. The caregivers do vary. We kind of like that just because everybody that we've met has been fantastic, very kind, very courteous, and very helpful. The management is very good. It has been very convenient for us and it's manageable. It also helps my dad stay at home and be in a familiar surroundings so that he can be comfortable, that way he's relaxed and they're relaxed, and it's a very good situation."

"My mom is using Heavenly Blessed Care - Reading, PA. The owner-manager, Jane, is very intuitive and knows the correct aid that would work best with my mom. She also made sure that everything went well. She didn't want to just have the new aide take her to a couple of doctor appointments. Umu, she's just sweet. My mother likes her. She's quiet and she knows how to give a nice shower. It's just very nice. Their billing and scheduling are very good. The other day Jane had to call because Umu had an appointment somewhere and so she found someone to fill in. The other young lady was very bubbly and very happy. "We are currently using A Peace of Mind Home Care. They are wonderful. They are very accommodating, and they always come on time. Most importantly, my mother really likes Monica. She is one of the gals that comes in and bathes my mother and dresses her. They help her with the laundry, and they make her lunch. They give her coffee and drinks, and they do some light housework. They come in on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11 AM to 3 PM. It is the same caregiver that comes in every time. Working with the management is extremely easy.
