Scheduling and billing are fair. One thing I like about them that many of the agencies don't have is that they have a three-hour minimum and not a four-hour minimum. After someone has come here and done all their responsibilities as far as my mother's concern, I couldn't see what they would do for the other hours, so I went with them because they have a three-hour minimum and not four."
