I am a current client of this provider
We got Independent Life Home Care & Concierge Solutions for my brother-in-law. They're okay, we've been using them a few years. Before he was only allowed two hours a day, so they would come in and make his supper, maybe do some light housekeeping. But now that he needs more care, they gave him ten hours a day, seven days a week. The caregivers are good, I don't have any problems with them, it's just the agency doesn't have many caregivers, and they're short-staffed a lot.
