My mother has dementia and lives alone in a condominium. As typical of a person with dementia, she has difficulty eating and often either forgets to eat or doesn't eat enough. I wanted some support for her through the use of a home health aide a few days a week, primarily to monitor her meals and provide companionship. I interviewed multiple agencies and Orange Caregivers really stood out. I am an RN and I wanted someone with compassion and patience because my mother is difficult at times. And I am not disappointed. She has received wonderful care that is full of warmth and I plan to continue our contract with Orange Caregivers. The agency has always answered my requests and questions. Anna, the aide assigned to my mother is always on time and ready to assist my mom. I have reviewed her daily notes and she is doing an excellent job. I highly recommend this agency.

Our mother needed assistance late last year and we contacted Orange Caregivers. Christy was magnificent! Mom's improved quite a bit over the past several months and she no longer needs daily help but, if her situation changes, we'll definitely be calling Orange Caregivers again.

We've been using Orange Caregivers since the middle of September for my mother. They are providing 24-hour care, companionship, meals, and making sure that my mother doesn't fall. Nothing medical associated with it. My mother is happy and very pleased with them right now. The two women who take turns living with my mom seemed very nice and we're very pleased with them. They're very good and caring, and everything we've expected. The billing and scheduling are very easy and have been going without problems.
