Comforting Home Care by Phoebe Lehigh Valley was very good. They were home care aides. We used the home care for a while for one or two days a week while my mom was in rehab for a few weeks. My mom lived with me and they just aided me and sort of gave me a little break when I had to go out and things that I had to do, but I was with her 24/7. In my case, their service was basically like companionship because I did all her bills, I clean the house, and I shop. I pretty much cared for her, but in this case, it was just companionship. I chose them because they were local and had an opening, which was very hard to find at the time, and they had people that were available to come. I was happy with the woman that they sent. We got to know her pretty well and she became like a friend. Unfortunately, my mom just got too weak, and we had to put her into senior living. We were only with them for a couple of months. Their billing and scheduling were very good. I had no problem. They accommodated anything I needed. We only did Tuesdays. We were just starting with Tuesday and Thursday, and then that was it, so we never really got any further than four hours a week. They were very on the ball. They answered all my questions. Billing was never a problem. There was always someone there to pick up the phone and answer my questions.
