My mom is using Caring Senior Service. I have them 24/7. They make light meals, heat up meals, light housekeeping, help her to the bathroom, help her dress, and help her shower. All the things that caregivers do. Most of the caregivers are good. We've had some issues with caregiving. They call off, they quit. So it's been challenging with them but the company themselves, they keep trying to get us good people and they're good people to work with. The majority of the caregivers when they show up are good. Management tries very hard to schedule, but it doesn't always work out. The billing is fine, it's normal billing.
