Very disappointed in the York location. Everytime I call and speak to the Recruiter Nicole she is very rude over the phone and does not help in anyway. The complaints at the office never get dealt with. The office staff there has completely changed for the worse. I would never recommend this office to anyone. This company needs to clean house with the Recruiter and managers they do not care about anyone and the families. I have heard all they do is play games and carry on in that office. This is why these families are not being taken care of. Very disappointed in how this office has turned out. I will be looking elsewhere for my family member and I know I am not the only one.

Mostly young, inexperienced aides who worry about their personal calls than doing much else. Come in and act like it is there house. Lack general conscience of doing something without being told. Call off and no shows. Maxim promises to find replacements but never do. Weekends are the worst.

I've used Maxim Healthcare Services. They never showed up to do my evening hours and most of the time they didn't show up to do my weekend hours. Every time I would go to take a shower, the girl would make up an excuse. It was awful.

incompetent, untrustworthy, misleading told us they could help cover 2 days of the week. It's been a month and nothing but no shows. Absolutely mislead us and now we're back at square one of an already overwhelming situation.
