My aunt is in Hill Farm Estates. It's an elegant alternative to facility living. Their staff is attentive and professional. The rooms are cozy and clean. These are one bedrooms with a bathroom. They have a full activities calendar and a beautiful setting. They have an enormous veranda where the residents can sit and it overlook the Lebanon Valley. It's a beautiful estate. They have regular exercise classes and activities like that. They have three dining rooms and each overlooks the beautiful vistas below the Lebanon Valley. They're less expensive than the typical facilities. It's $2,000 less a month than what she was paying, but it's a beautiful mansion. This facility should be checked out for the benefits and price as well as the living conditions.

I love Hill Farm Estates, it gives you the feeling of calm when you walk in there. It's everything I like, it's quiet, no noise, nothing around. There are businesses further down and everything's not too far. The only downside is it's not walkable, you'd have to drive, which is not a problem for me. I saw independent living, but if the need arises, they also have assisted living. The staff was great, and it's part of a religious corp thing, which is big on my list. They have a meal plan that's $90 a month. If you want them to deliver it to you, they deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have activities and facilities, they have a beautiful main building. If you become incapacitated, they have help for that also, and they also have shared living.
