Don't be fooled! There's a huge difference between care led by compassion and care led by money. While the beautiful building may appear clean and well maintained on the surface, the behind the scenes is deeply lacking. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere if looking for safe and dignified care for your loved one. I had my dad here for 10 months and they failed to keep him safe from numerous falls and failed to meet our standards. The astronomical rent/care does not match the attention my dad received, not even close. They will find any reason to raise the level of care/rent so be prepared for financial burdens. The staff turnover at this facility is constant! They had little to no activities for months while I had my dad there, which was one reason why we had him there yet we were never compensated by them for not upholding that part of the commitment to the residents. They can't seem to keep employees which leads me to believe that staff are not well cared for by the owners. Many red flags soon after we moved my dad in. It spoke volumes to me when I was told by several caregivers in this industry that my dad would get much better care outside of this facility. We are grateful to have moved my dad elsewhere. The owners and administrative staff always, ALWAYS had excuses for everything and are very good at gaslighting family members.

Everybody in Brookside Memory Care was friendly and welcoming. They offered me some beverages. I looked at their menu, and it was well rounded. There were plenty of good options and a variety of choices. I thought it was a very large place too. It was open, bright, and spacious. It didn't feel enclosed.
