Finding the right place for my dad was one of the hardest decisions we had to make, but Murray made it so much easier. From day one, the staff welcomed him like family, ensuring he felt comfortable and cared for. The nurses and caregivers are always attentive, and they genuinely take the time to engage with residents. He enjoys the activities, especially the music nights and gardening club. It’s a huge relief knowing he’s in a place where he’s treated with kindness and dignity.

Murray Highland Memory Care is a small and very intimate community. The staff are friendly. My father is in a shared room and although it's small for the two people, it's just adequate. It has a nice window looking out into the courtyard and a very good-sized bathroom. They're very good at resident engagement and they do very well with activities. For what we're getting and for what we're paying, it's a great value for our money. The only thing is they're struggling to get staff, just like every other community.

Today is my father's first day in Murray Highland Memory Care. It's a small community, and they have good one-on-one care with the residents. They're very responsive to requests through email or phone calls. So far, it's been a good experience. He has a private room. They have an activity director, and they have a variety of things that they do including music, games, puzzles, exercises, and that sort of thing. They provide three meals a day and snacks any time the residents wanted them. It's his first day, so I'm still figuring out everything that they have today. There's no problem moving him in. We just brought him in, and they were very helpful.
