My dad is currently in Greenridge Estates at Mountain Park. It's a little older place. It's good, but it's not quite at the level that the other place has. The staff was very friendly, very compassionate, and helpful. I've eaten there and a lot of times it's just heated-up frozen food. They have activities regularly. One thing I noticed is they have a community wine tasting and some other activities that involve everyone.

I'm currently living at Greenridge Estates at Mountain Park. We have been having a lot of different trips and that kind of thing. It's a really good place. I appreciate the staff here and the amenities that are provided. We have a really good activities director and I've made several friends here. I think that I will stay here for all those reasons. I have an apartment, and there are several studios as well. A lot of people prefer a studio, but I'm happy with the apartment because of the extra room. It's more comfortable than a studio. I appreciate the dedication of the staff and they perform their duties well and kindly. Some staff members are more dedicated than others, of course. Most of the time, I appreciate the meals. We have a great director who is dedicated to making sure that we have activities. There is a variety of things to do and places to go. The rates are comparable to any of the others. The cost was reasonable especially at the time that I moved in.

My mother lived in three facilities throughout her lifetime. One in Seattle, another in Portland, and then Greenridge.. She by far enjoyed her time at Greenridge the most, which is where she eventually passed. The Tonack family could not have been more accommodating they truly treated us like a part of their family for the 6 months mom lived there. The apartments were more spacious than other communities mom lived in and had everything she needed. Mom particularly loved the activities with Cindy. Some of her favorites were balloon volleyball, the resident auctions, and wine tasting. The food was good and I know they were in the process of getting a new cook when we were leaving. It's an older community but they truly take pride in caring for it. Sharon and her husband built the community about fifty years ago and their family has run it ever since. We felt very lucky to have heard about Greenridge from a friend and highly recommend you consider Greenridge.

This facility is privately owned by a family; the fourth generation owns it now. Offering month-to-month assisted living, but no dedicated memory care, it has a Christian moral imperative that accepts Medicaid payees and helps those spending down. The location is good"”across from a shopping center, but in a nice and quiet neighborhood. There are 71 living units"”ranging from small studios ($1,995 per month) to large one-bedrooms ($2,595 monthly). The place is not fancy, but is clean and well maintained. The rooms are adequate"”very light and decent-sized. The residents are mostly older and frail, ad the staff seems to go the extra mile to engage all of them. There are scheduled activities, but the facility seems quiet and more tranquil than active. Residents come out of their rooms if they want to socialize. They do not complain about the food. There is a kind and compassionate culture here. While the place has the average amount of turnover in staff, those who remain seem engaged. They put an emphasis on communicating well with family members and outsider caregivers, and truly subscribe to the motto of helping others. Greenridge Estates is an especially good fit for those who have limited funds; all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
