My father was at the Beehive for the final nine plus months of his life. He received excellent care which I believe extended his life. The staff and administration were loving and kind to him and to me and my husband. I cannot praise this facility enough and strongly recommend it.

When we went into Forest Grove Beehive Assisted Living and Memory Care, there were no residents. They must have been all in their rooms. The building was clean and the person that we talked to was friendly. I only met one person, though. There were no other staff members around at all. I was unimpressed, and I don't even remember her name. It was clean. There were no smells. It was neat. They had a beautiful yard with places to sit and a little garden area. The landscaping was very good.

I toured Forest Grove Beehive Assisted Living for my dad. It was good, and they were helpful. It's smaller, but it looks it looks very clean. I like the nice wide hallways, the plants, and the layout of the rooms were nice. I only looked at the studios, and they seemed roomier than some others that I viewed online. I think it was four hundred and sixty square feet. It had a nice back door leading out, so you had a private entrance. You didn't have to go in and out through the hallways. It was nice, light, and bright. It has a big window and a door. They have different activities set up. They were having some kind of a social outside on their patio. They were having non-alcoholic beverages and stuff, and it looked like people were enjoying it. They have a nice open dining room, where they have their three meals a day. They also had snacks available. There's plenty to do. They could choose art, or they could do they could do games or whatever.

Beehive Forest Grove is very nice, very warm, and inviting. Everybody seems friendly. I like the atmosphere. The apartments are more like studios. They have all kinds of activities. The staff is very nice. I have a walker and they told us how they would accomodate that during bus rides.

Our mom has been a resident here since 10/2016. It is the best place we found for her. The staff are excellent and take great care of our mom. We appreciate all that they do for her. The activities are wonderful and easy for her to enjoy. The food is nutritious and well-prepared. We feel comforted knowing our mom is safe and well-looked after at the Beehive. We recommend it to anyone looking for a small, friendly, well-run care facility.

Parking is extremely difficult, especially if you are transporting someone who uses a walker or wheelchair. They have the residents fill out a menu but rarely serve what has been chosen - they hear "the truck didn't make it today" a lot. Quality of food has dropped dramatically, see a lot of food left uneaten because of the poor quality. Huge turnover in employees, there are a few that are really good but a lot who are not.

My sister and I visited Forest Grove. We were extremely impressed with the administrator who has left since our visit, unfortunately. We liked that it was more like an apartment instead of an institution. It has flowers that Mom can look out at and a little tiny patio. She has been a gardener all her life, and we thought she would appreciate that.

I didn’t like the location of Forest Grove Beehive. There was very limited parking. It was not the best of neighborhoods. It was too close to the main highway, but it's a clean facility. They were more than ample for the average person. It just does not fit the needs of my father-in-law. They look like they have their own people to do maintenance. They have somebody there 24 hours a day. The staff are very friendly. I saw that they have a lot of residents talking to each other, so it suggests that they have activities that allow people to meet other people. As far as the food, it is fine. Their menus seemed to be good.

My youngest daughter found Forest Grove Beehive for me. I really love the place. It's well-maintained. I got my own studio apartment here. We have activities everyday from Mondays to Fridays. The staff is phenomenal. They really help us.

A friend of mine who had her mother working at the Beehive suggested for us to check them out. I was researching for facilities at that time. There were great and friendly. The place is clean and my Mom likes the food. I'm really happy that Mom is with them and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We knew other people that went to stay at the Beehive and they had nothing but good things to say about it. My mother liked and chose the Forest Grove Beehive because it was smaller, homier and she feels comfortable there. She absolutely loves the food. There's not too many things that she doesn't like. She likes working with the staff and doesn't have complaints at all.

I could get to like Forest Grove. I've been here for 3 months. It's a little strange to me because I don't know my way around.I like the staff and the people are real nice. I can say it's a good place for me.

All in all I think these facilities were very nice. Whenever we would visit my Grandmother the staff were always friendly and generally remembered who you were there to see. The premesis were kept neat and clean and even the landscaping was nice. In each of the rooms the facilities were more than adequate and the staff was diligent about checking on their residents. The food was well prepared and there were activities provided that were pleasant and also gave something for everyone. I thought it was nice the personal touches that the residents were permitted to add to their own rooms and they even had small kitchenettes as well. I also feel that the facilities provided a degree of security and were in a safe neighborhood. While the situation that lead to my Grandma being here was not ideal I do feel that the staff and atmosphere here made the transition as easy as could be expected for her.

My mother is a resident in this facility and they live up to the name of their website. They truly are a caring place. The admistrator has trained her staff to be respectful and requires that they continue to respect the independence and dignity of their clients throughout their employment. There are daily activities and social events on holidays for family and friends as well as residents. I appreciate the graciousness of the staff and and am grateful for the hand of God that led my mother and I to this community situation that has inusred her well being.

This is a great facility where my great aunt lived out the last of her years. The staff are very caring, thoughtful and aware of their residents. Residents have private rooms which include separate bathrooms and small outdoor patio areas, where they can have lawn chairs overlooking the manicured landscape. It's situated in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by family homes. It's also close to a small pharmacy, as well as a small grocery store. The rooms have large windows which allow lots of light into the separate apartments. They also contain personal kitchenettes and closet space. Residents can also eat in the communal dining hall, which serves three meals per day. Snacks and juice are also available between meals. This facility has a picturesque fountain out front as well as a big screen television in the recreation room, as well as board games and a piano. Over all, this community is really well put together and a relaxing place to visit and spend time with loved ones.
