My uncle was a resident here. Before he passed away the staff took such good care of him in his last 2 years of life. They hosted a birthday party for him and baked a cake! Our family was able to visit him at anytime during his stay there and each time he was up and in great spirits. The rooms all have a private bath and my uncle was able to have some of his own furniture there to feel more like home! We will forever love this facility for the personalized care my uncle received there.

Management is only interested in money, as evidenced by them raising the rent more than 100% in just 16 months. Management does not prefer the family members to interact with the staff on the camera, so when your loved one gets hurt, what are you supposed to do? Call the ombudsman in that area. Staff used to interact with my relative, then changed to just very little interaction and engaging, i.e. no talking or activities, just feed and get in and out of bed, sometimes leaving cleanups to the hospice workers. After moving my relative home, 4 of the medications had expired so they were not giving medications on a regular basis. My relative is 100% since coming home! Save your money and relative from suffering in this place.
