I had a good friend that was there. The care was very slow. He could not get help, he had bathroom problems that he was embarrassed by because he couldn't control them, he couldn't get help with it, and I was not impressed with Grace at all. The staff was very slow and not as skilled as they were in the other two places. He fussed because they were filling water pitchers with a cup that they had used on everything else, and they'll use the cup to dip for ice to fill the water pitchers. He was not happy about that.
