Our staffing is done with consideration of each of our residents acuity which allows us to staff the appropriate number of associates to safely and adequately care for all of our residents.

At Brookdale Edmond Santa Fe, each of our staff receives senior care training throughout the entire year. Specifically, we provide bi-weekly in-service education and training programs, HIPPA and OSHA compliance training as well as quarterly dementia training.
