My Aunt lived at Foundation Park Alzheimer's Care Center for over 5 years. In that time, I had many opportunities to visit her, and each time I was met with warmth, kindness and friendliness from staff members. They took the time to not only get to know my Aunt, who has since passed, but also took time to get to know her family. They took the anxiety out of a very difficult situation and turned it into something positive. My Aunt enjoyed all the activities offered on a daily basis, and made several friends during her stay there.

This facility is meant for patients with alzheimers. When you walk through the front door it smells of strong urine. The color schemes of the carpeting and the wall paper are very drab and unattractive. The staff seemed to be fairly helpful, but busy. It seemed to me that they were severely under staffed.
