Wooded Glen Health Campus

My friend's son has found a place for her, and it's called Wooded Glen Health Campus. I'm not very impressed. It's a gorgeous facility, it's beautiful, and it's lovely outside. It's brand new, it is clean, hallways are bright, and all of that kind of thing, but the times that I visit, no one comes in to check on her. She can't move with any great ability, so she needs to be having a change of position, but no one comes in to do that while I'm visiting her maybe for like a couple of hours stint. The food does not appear to be appetizing. Her food is supposed to be cut up, but it's not when I'm there. I feed her as there's no one assisting her to feed her. Maybe they think I'm sitting there with them, so I'll feed her, which I don't have any problem with that, but I don't get the sense that anyone does. I'm just disappointed. It appears to me to be a beautiful facility with the idea that if it's a beautiful facility, then really the level of service should be very high, but the level of service doesn't correspond with the look of the building. There appeared to be very little interaction with the staff and the patients.

I was not impressed with Wooded Glen Health Campus. The staff was nice but for a brand-new facility, I was quite disappointed and it's the newest one of all the facilities I have looked at. The residents were all in the dining room for lunch when I went in and that's the only activity I saw. The dining area was pretty and cheerful though. It's bright and there were a lot of windows where the residents could sit and look out. It's a very pleasant and nice dining room.

We're living in Wooded Glen. We have only been here for a little bit, but we enjoy it. It's a great place. It is brand new, so they're still in the process of getting more and more amenities. It just opened in February. One of their perks is that they have access to free golf at an adjoining golf course. They also have courtyards. We are happy with the service too. They have topnotch cooks and administrator.
