I am a resident of VITALIA Active Adult Community North Royalton. It's been fine. I have no problem with it whatsoever. It's fairly new and they're all new in what they are doing. Some of them have been in business longer, but not everyone. The staff was fine, otherwise I wouldn't be here. The food is good. They introduced varieties and things. The building is so wonderful. The rooms are big which is good when you've moved from a big home. I've only been involved in a small amount of activities because they do get physical therapy and things like that. So, that limits some of their things, but the activities are fine. I participated in short bus trips to stores and things, and then special events. Some special events take place. The biggest value, I think, is your safety and you're not unattended, people know you're there. The upkeep is very good. There's a pool and an activity room, and they do accept pets.

We have been staying at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton for nine months. We have games. They have an outdoor walking club here. They have somebody leading a gentle exercise. We go to lunch and dinner every day in the big dining room, which is quite nice. It is a very beautiful facility. The facility is new. All the staff are very nice. I would not have anything negative to say about them. The servers in the dining room are wonderful. They get to know everybody's name, and that's a good thing. I'd say the only problem here, which I'm sure is just about everywhere you go, is that sometimes there just isn't quite enough staff. Sometimes serving in the dining room is slow because there are only a couple of people available to help with it. There is a good variety of activities available. I was a little disappointed that I'd already received an increase before my full year was up.

Mom is at Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton. The staff is very caring. The place is clean and spotless. The food is good. Sometimes they just have trouble with their phone lines. Other than that, there's plenty of activities. They offer a hair salon, transportation to doctor visits or to shopping, and lots of things.

Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton was clean and welcoming. It had a lot of activities. The food was excellent. It also had a heated pool and transportation. It was probably the second option for my grandmother, but it was a very nice place. The staff members were great.

Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton had excellent meals, snacks, and food options. It was a brand new place. It was fantastic. Their bedroom was nice. They gave a good presentation of their place. The price was just pretty high.

My mom has moved into Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton. It's beautiful, it's brand new, and it's very light and inviting. When we were looking for places, the staff were very helpful and very responsive. My mom's room is a studio. It's small but spacious. It's enough for one person, there are lots of light and it has a nice big bathroom. She's been there for two or three weeks now. When she got there, she had COVID, so she was isolated. They have amenities. They have an exercise room. They have a theater. They have a library and gathering area. They have a patio, so there are lots of nice spaces. I have tried the food and I thought it was very good. However, I've struggled a little bit with maintenance. When we need something done, it takes a bit of time.
