My mother has been in The Kensington at Anna Maria. It's a great location. It's very clean, it's friendly, and it has an excellent staff. There are lots of activities. They do a great job in keeping me informed of my mother's condition. They bring entertainment in and they also play trivia games.

Our mother was here after a bad fall. It was awful. Severely under staffed. We would push the call button and no one would come. After 40 minutes we would have to go find someone. Our mom was here for 2 weeks and never got a bath until her discharge date. One night an aid was called away while caring for my mother leaving her stripped naked for over 30 minutes. She developed sores on her feet because no one took her socks off for days. I hate to think what could have happened if we did not sit there 24/7

We're very pleased with Kensington Care Center. They do a very nice job in helping my wife and have quite a few activities. She plays bingo several times a week, listens to guest musicians, and watches movies. I would recommend them.

My wife is in Kensington for about two months now. We are familiar with it because my mother in-law stayed here before as well. We are satisfied withthe facilityand my wife is getting good care. The food is fine. They have 5 or 6 different activities in a day, and she participates in some of them.
