"LISTEN...... I'm qualified to write a review, because i've been here for 5 plus years, i know everybody, have a relationship with everybody, I'm Highly Intelligent, & most of all, I CARE ABOUT PEOPLE(.) Now i can honestly say that they're some Great People here, that also cares about people, from the Nurses, Cna's, Activities Dept. "Olivia", Social Services "Kevin" Asst. D.O.N. "Adam, Kelsey, & Shalyn", again: "all of the Nurses, & CNA's" They really are some Great People, i've saw them go out of their way to help others, but they ALWAYS put us Residents First. Now the only problems here is the kitchen-"which they are working on", & the Higher-Ups-"Because we've had 4, or 5 D.O.N.'s in the last year"-"But i gotta give them a lil break on the short-staffing, because of the COVID-19", But from the Housekeepers, to the Laundry Dept. All of them are GOOD PEOPLE....... AND I LOVE IT HERE, YES IT CAN BE BETTER, BUT THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER THAN IT IS, & I LOVE & RESPECT THEM FOR THAT HERE AT "Huntsville Manor""

"I visited a friend at the Willow Ridge Care and Rehabilitation Center. I was not impressed with that place. It looked like there was not enough attention. I went out into the hall where some nurses were and told them that she needed help, but they said, 'That's not our job.' They were, like, getting medications together. The room was okay. She had a room that she was in by herself. It's an older facility, too. I think they had activities, but she was already in such bad condition that she died shortly after that. Not of any cause of theirs, but she was just really sick."

"My father has moved into Williamsburg Nursing Home. I would rate them very high. It's very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and a very positive attitude there. I can't really think of anything negative to say about them. They offer all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and professional. They take a lot of time with their residents. They're very helpful. A lot of times the aides will just come in and sit with him and talk to him, so he likes that. He has to have a feeding tube now. He's lost his ability to swallow, and he's getting physical therapy as far as movement and things like that. It's clean, it's not brand new, but it's well-kept. Activities are available. They have like an atrium with like a cabinet full of live birds that fly around. He likes to sit in there and look at them. I'm sure if he was more able, they would involve him in activities. It's not cheap, but it's not as expensive as the other place. It's a good value for the money."

"This facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is very caring and responsive to the needs of the residents. Any questions or concerns we may have are answered in a very timely manner. Compared to some other facilities around here this place is heaven! "

"My mother-in-law is currently at NHC in Oak Ridge, and she is getting very good care. I have noticed that mornings are more lively, and that might be a good time to make a first visit to check it out. All staff have been very friendly and caring with her (and us!). "

"I have spent a little over a month. The building is a building but the staff that work here are what makes it great. I give staff a 10. Nursing Jennifer is amazing so caring. CNAs Tanya and Brenda just to name a few are awesome. Therapy Scottie and Kerry got me back to where I need to be and able to go back home. I would highly recommend Diversicare to anyone needing rehab and nursing needs."

"Middlesboro Nursing Home is a great nursing home for you and your loved ones. I visit each year with my kids on Halloween so that they can get candy and I can visit my great aunt. The staff is completely understanding and go way out and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the time I walk in until the time I walk out I feel like I am part of the family of everyone. I trust the staff with my great aunt and they have taken the worry out of me on her being taken care of. The nursing home treats my great aunt as if she is a queen and is quite spoiled by most of the male staff. The home allows my great aunt to leave and visit family as well. The food at the nursing home is better than what I have at home on most days. I would recommend Middlesboro Nursing home to anyone of my family and friends. "

"This is a fantastic home. My father, who has dementia, has been for about 5 years. He is kept clean and well fed. He always comments about the good food. The place is spotless. All homes are expensive, but this one was no more expensive than other places in Knoxville. Plus, the cost of diapers is covered. My dad is a difficult man to manage, especially with dementia, but they do a beautiful job with him. Most rooms are dual occupancy with a twin size bed, closet, and chest for each resident. He never participated in many activities, but before COVID, he did get to go on field trips. He usually attends church service onsite as well. "

"My mother-in-law is in NHC and it's wonderful. It is very clean and it has a very good odor. My mother-in-law is in a wheelchair and can't do any activities, but they had a lot of activities there. There is a good ratio between the nurses and the patients and they really care about the patients. They take very good care of my mother-in-law. It is a very nice nursing home. "

"Renaissance Terrace is a small facility with only 15 rooms, and it’s only 5 or 6 years old. My sister is in there. It’s a really nice facility, they have good food, and it is well-staffed. Some of the staff have been there since they started 6 years ago. They go to movies, they have all kinds of activities like bingo, they go to the mall, and they take them out. I am really pleased with the facility. "
