"I like everything about Lorien Bulle Rock. It's very clean. The staff generally seemed engaged with the patients up there. My mother is there and she really enjoys the food. It's very good and the support staff, especially the social worker up there, has just been fantastic, helping us move through some of the issues when we first moved her there. So, we could not be happier with Lorien Bulle Rock. The nurses seemed very attentive. Their food is excellent. Their cost is certainly not the highest, but certainly not the lowest, so I guess they're right in line with the other care facilities."

"We’ve eaten at Ware Presbyterian and we talked to the residents there. We liked the facility a lot. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The grounds are very nice and well kept. "

"We toured Millcroft Living. We like the fact that they provide meals and all the amenities that my parents would need. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Some of the hallways were very narrow, so it was hard for my mother, who has a wheelchair. They have a salon and a courtyard. They have a lot of activities. They have like common meeting areas."

"I had my rehab at Jenner's Pond, and it was good. It was clean. The staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. They had a private dining room and you were served your choice of food. The food was good. They had social entertainment like games and people came in to sing and perform. The physical therapy was good and I was able to walk again. However, I thought they needed a larger physical therapy room. "

"My daughter and I like ManorCare, but I don’t know if my wife will like it. The meals were good, and the facility, rooms, and cleanliness were great. It was spotless. The people all seemed very happy, and the staff was very friendly. "

"My mother is living in here; it is very nice. They are very caring, and they seemed to take very good care of her. It’s bright, cheery, and it’s very clean. They are very kind, caring, and there is always somebody close at hand to even just to stop and chat with her and try to boost her spirits, so we have been very happy with it. My mother and another woman are in one room, and the space is good. She loves the food there; it’s very good, and it’s almost like they are going to a restaurant. They have a menu for every meal, and I think they have a couple of choices. They always have a few things just in case; she can always get grilled cheese or soup or something. I think that’s one of the pluses; she really seems to enjoy the food. Every morning they do a session called keep it sharp; they get the residents in a room, read a newspaper, and they discuss different articles in the newspaper. They do karaoke and arts and crafts, and it seems pretty active there."

"My friend is at New Castle Health and Rehabilitation Center. The nurses are excellent there. They're so nice. They're excellent. She was in another one, and they couldn't compare to this one. When I first went there, it was kind of touch and go because my friend had been in other ones, and I thought, 'Here we go again.' However, it was very nice there. The people there are excellent. They take such good care of everyone. Usually, when you go into a place like this, a lot of times it'll smell like someone has a dirty diaper or something, but New Castle never has an odor in there. It's very clean. It is not modern as far as new things, but it is immaculate. The employees are excellent. They treat people like their own mother or father, that's how nice they are. They offer a lot of different activities. They give you a paper for the month telling you what's going on every day. They have bingo. You can get your hair done on Wednesday. They have manicures one day a week. It's so pleasant. The people who are working there make you feel like you're at home. They're very nice people. Food is delivered to their rooms. My friend eats it all, so I guess it's not too bad. However, they could give a little larger portion. They can get my friend a sandwich if she wants it. As for the upkeep, they keep the place very nice and clean, but it is an older building."

"Complete Care at Brackenville was smaller, which is good. Its appearance wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. I like the location because it's close to my family so that we can bring my mother closer. They have a few private rooms, which we were looking for my mom. They have double rooms with two beds, two closets, and two nightstands. It's sort of like a dorm room or a hospital room sort of situation. It wasn't stellar, but it wasn't dirty. The few staff members that I met were pleasant and nice. We have heard from other people that the care is good there."

"I love Cadia Rehabilitation Broadmeadow. My mom was there for six to eight weeks. She loved it. The food was phenomenal. Everything was phenomenal. It was amazing, it's top-notch, and it's a five-star place, but the insurance won't cover it. However, the place was perfect. Doctors, nurses, and therapists, everybody was on point. The room that she got there was beautiful. She was private at the time because it was COVID, and they wouldn't let anybody around at the time. Everything was perfect. The facility is beautiful."

"The caregivers are a very loving group of individuals. The facility is beautiful and and new. Rehab individuals stay in private rooms. "

"I live in Cokesbury Village. I have lived in this place for 10 years. It's for about 400 people, and they have everything from independent residents to health care residents. I have a small cottage. We have apartments in the main building and cottages of various sizes, smaller ones and 3-bedroom cottages. There is a wide variety. We are very pleased with the staff. Right now, we can't do anything, but they have a lot of gymnastics and things like that, a lot of music, movies, groups that come in to entertain us, and lots of lectures. It is a very lively community, but right now, we are very careful. We have a wonderful library. The library is really one of the highlights, and it is one of the best that I have seen anywhere. We have a small swimming pool and a fitness room, and in both of them, only one or two people are allowed at the same time. They are planning to build an extra large kind of indoor tennis room. We have wonderful grounds with lots of gardening. There's a wide selection of food and quite a bit of meatless like vegetarian meals. It's a little bit more expensive than many others, but I think the facility is wonderful."

"I toured Coral Springs Rehab and Health Center. I like the location. It looked like a clean, well-managed facility. It was very close to where we live, so it's convenient. The person who showed me around was very professional and informative. I didn't make an appointment, I was walk-in, and she was very accommodating."

"I like Regal Heights. My daughter thought it looked like a 5-star hotel. The staff is very nice and very helpful. My mom likes going to bingo and sing-alongs, and they do a bunch of different crafts and stuff that she likes to do. They launder their clothes, but one thing she doesn’t like is that they put all the clothes in together, so her whites have turned grey. "

"I visited the facility and was given a tour by staff. The interior is very clean and spacious. The staff was very cordial and friendly. I was given several pamphlets detailing various activities and programs scheduled at the facility. I met a few of the residents...they seemed at home in their surroundings. Overall, I would recommend Lorien to anyone looking to place a loved one. "
