I had a friend who was at Laurelwood Healthcare Center for 10 weeks. We weren't very happy with the staffing, the pushy business environment, and the lack of support in getting financial assistance. They were pushing for his wife to be there, and it wasn't even appropriate. So, my entire experience with them was negative. I was there almost daily. My friend's room was clean and sparse. Their food was average (I don't think it was any better or worse than anyplace else). The clinical staff seemed great, but the administrative staff was not helpful. They're the ones who were pushy and not really supportive of my friend's situation.
