Very poor service. Constantly says one thing and does another. Very short staffed and are always looking for ways to increase fees. Lacking genuine care to go above and beyond to help residents. No planned activites. Bus broken down all the time. Be advised - look somewhere else.

I had a tour at Falls River Village Assisted Living and the facilities are very good. I was impressed by what they had to offer. It was clean and they have a nice dining room. They don't charge for an assessment but the results and the assessment determine the rate. The room was fine, and you have to bring your own furniture but that's not a problem. They got a beauty shop and the staff that gave me a tour did a nice job. I like their security system, they have a dial-up code in before you leave.

We toured Falls River Village Assisted Living. We were very pleased with the staff that we met with there, with the facility's arrangement, their courtyard, food options, and so forth. We like it being a single story. We were satisfied with the apartments. I thought that it would be more than adequate if my wife and I both decided to be residents. I think it has sufficient space for what we would dissipate need. The menu looked pretty appealing, but we did not consume any meals. As far as entertainment, their calendar of events varies depending on any given day and week and so forth. It looked like the residents who were there were quite satisfied with what they were experiencing at the time that we were there. We talked to several residents who expressed their unsolicited complete satisfaction. They all put their experience over a long period of time and the things that they enjoyed were made available to them like shopping trips and that kind of thing. What they described as being available on a routine basis on a typical monthly calendar seemed like it would be what we would like to be able to take advantage of should we decide to establish residence. The person who conducted our tour was very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and very informative. She answered the questions, and she went out of her way to try to make our visit there the most informative possible.

Falls River Village was absolutely beautiful. The people were fantastic. The food looked amazing. It was very, very, very nice, but the room was a bit smaller than the other facility. It was like a studio thing. As for the amenities, they had ice cream that my dad could get any time, and they had snacks available. I did not see anything about a happy hour with them, but they do outings and stuff. The staff members were very, very nice.

Falls River Village had larger rooms and more outdoor space, with a little garden in the middle. They also had little tables and benches in a little mini park. The rooms were a nice size, and the dining area was more open, larger, and people seemed to get around pretty well. The halls were also nice and wide. The staff was very knowledgeable about their area, so I was very impressed. The layout was very nice, decorated nice, had shady areas, and had plants out in the reception area.

The rooms and the whole place were wonderful at Falls River Village. There were a number of places where family might come and share a little time with a person who's there. The people who I talked to were very nice and competent. The staff appeared to be competent and knew what they're doing. Falls River was very nice in every way.

I was able to visit Falls River Village. The staff was great, very helpful, very nice, and would do anything to help. The rooms seemed pretty spacious. After a resident leaves, they redo the carpets and fix the room up nicely. It was very homey and very comfortable. I glanced as the dining room, which seemed nice. They had activities, but I don't remember what kind of activities they were doing. The person that impressed me the most was the woman that dealt with named Jennifer. I am not sure of her role, but she was the one that worked with me, and she was really sweet and really wanted to help out.

Falls River was attractive, clean, and it seemed like a nice facility. They had a studio available with a bathroom and kitchen area. The dining area was large and looked nice. It was inconvenient for us because of the location.

The rooms at Falls River Village are nice. They have a sitting room and a bath. It's small, but they were nice. The facility appeared to be nice and clean. They have a lock-down facility, and that is what we were looking for.
