The facility was clean, they had friendly staff and they appeared to be concerned with their residents. The facility provided various activities for residents who were able to participate. There were events such as game night and movie nights that allowed residents to be able to get out of their rooms and mingle with other residents. Each hallway had a cute name such as "Robin Way", which made the place feel like home. Instead of just having a room number, they had "street" to go to. The staff seemed to be knowledgeable and the residents seemed to like them. They treated residents with care and respect. Since most of the residents are elderly, it was nice to see them give respect. They called patients Ms. Or Mr. and their names. Even though many of the residents are older and sometimes rude, staff knew how to deal with it properly. It was nice to see the staff attempt to make the facility feel like a home away from home for their clients.
