"This facility is regal at its best. Everywhere I turned it seemed like I was in England in the royal palace. Everything was so delicately placed and the furniture and colors were hand picked by the best decorators. That, itself, almost won me over. I walked in and was almost immediately greeted by a guest! He somehow knew I was former military. We talked for about 10 minutes before I even made it to the receptionist desk. When I did I got my very short tour but it was a fantastic one. This place had a ball room of sorts (I will call it one because it had a grand piano). This place was simply elegant from top to bottom. If you have to pick an assisted living center, i would make this one of your choices. I will warn you it is one of the higher priced choices but everything comes with it and I think it is well worth it. "

"The staff at Mountain Vista Health Park was excellent and very professional. Their rooms were the same as the previous facility we toured. We saw the dining room, it was very clean though we didn't eat. They come with a very, very high and local reputation of being an excellent facility. I think it was an excellent facility. It's originally a private facility built by the county as I understand it, and they have a long waiting list. So they must be doing something right. "

"my sister broke both hips and needed a place for rehab close to her home. Triad was the place.m the administrative staff did more than we could ask for transporting her for her radiation. They heard our concerns and acted on them. They went far beyond the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable. "

"This facility is mainly designed for people who need a little more help getting around than others but the staff and management still encourage the patients to try as much as they can to do it on their own. The quality of the building isn't all that great as is the grounds but that can be worked on really easily. What I noticed when i was there was the level of care that the patients were getting. They were being attended to the right way and no one was being abused and I did not make myself noticeable while I was there. If there was anything I learned while being in the Special Forced int he US Army was being a ghost. The staff and management seemed to move all in a "robotic" sense as they all knew what they had to do when they had to do. If you are looking for looks, I would not choose this facility but if you are looking for decent care then you might want to give this one a try "

"My Grandmother lives in this facility. I toured it with my Mother before we placed her here and were very impressed with the Rehab facilities. The staff has helped her to achieve milestones that we thought she would never reach. The Nursing staff has also been very helpful when problems arise. They listen to our needs and requests and do the best they can to make it happen. Our one problem arose when my grandmother was not getting changed frequently enough and developed a bladder infection. After meeting with the DON, we resolved the issue and not had any more problem with bladder infections. "

"Homestead Hills was having a grand opening for a new wing when we went and visited there. The staff was really friendly. Everything was really pretty. It was a continuing care facility, and I thought they had a lot going on. We just had a nice time. We only saw the apartments in the new wing. They were very spacious. They had a nice view outside. They were complete with washer and dryer in the laundry room. When we were there, we had a tour of the building, and of course, they had a speaker because it was their grand opening. From the looks of their little brochure and everything, they had a lot of activities, but we were there for special occasions. We would go back and take another look, but we really liked it. I would recommend it. Everybody that we talked to was just really happy with it. "

"My in-laws moved into Bermuda Village. They've got two restaurants, they've got one on the floor where they live, and they've got one downstairs. Both are very spacious, both very nice, and with tablecloths. The in-laws say the food is horrible. There are planned activities, but they have not participated yet."

"Our rooms are very clean, and my dealings with the staff have been very good. Bingo is one of our favorite past times, and going on shopping trips are always great. Staff raise funds for us to attend the fair, bowling and other things to make our stay here homelike. The Ball Games at BBT are wonderful. We have an excellent transportation system. Monty is and excellent driver, and is very kind. Different singing groups come to entertain us. One thing I really enjoy is the Alexa, and the staff dancing with residents in the hall makes everybody feel good. Nice free snacks when we want them. We have an in-house Snack Shack that is very affordable is is run by one of our residents. . We have cable tv. in all rooms, beauty/ Barber shop on premises, and not every facility has this. Our artwork by patients are displayed, and framed puzzles are offered for sale to help fund our senior trips as well. Staff members here are very thoughtful of us, We have an excellent outdoor area to get fresh air, a lot of places do not have this. I would recommend this facility with enthusiasm. We have a beautiful campus in a country setting. "

"I have had two family members stay at Trinity Elms Health and Rehab. Not only do they have a pretty facility, but they have very caring staff. I have to say that every person I dealt with was wonderful from the housekeepers and CNAs to the Administrative staff. No place including our own homes are perfect. When I had a concern or question about something they were very attentive and helped explain anything I needed. I liked feeling comfortable with the staff at the place in case something did happen and I needed to talk with someone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for placement. They are the tops and well above most any other nursing home in the area."

"My mother was a patient at the Oaks. She was admitted for rehabilitation and later transferred to Long Term Care. The rooms were clean and larger than most nursing home rooms. She had bathroom with a large walk in shower. She had a room mate that was not very nice but the facility moved my mother when they realized it was not working out and she ended up with a very nice lady. She and my mother became very close. They enjoyed going to Bingo and crafts together. My mother also loved to read and the Activity Director kept my Mom well stocked with books and magazines that she liked. They took great care of my mother. Any problem we encountered was always addressed. The medical team were so nice and took great care of my mom. The Dr. and nurses were patient with my mom as well as with our family and kept us well informed. I would not hesitate to place another loved one at the Oaks! "
