"I've been using Home Instead for over a year now and have had an excellent experience. Sherry is so helpful and nice and always moves mountains to help with adjustments and additions to the schedule to help me meet life obligations. And there's not enough praise in the world to cover how much my Mom's care giver, Faye, has helped my Mom and our family through such a hard time in our lives dealing with Alzheimer's/dementia and then moving her into a Memory Care Facility that we thought was one of the best only to find that Mom was not being cared for properly. Without Faye there to keep her company and advocate for her care when we can't be there, I wouldn't sleep at night. She is our family's guardian angel and we love and appreciate her and Home Instead dearly."

"I'm using Griswold Home Care - Greensboro, NC. There are two caregivers, one from Monday to Friday and the other one from Saturday to Sunday. They're both very personable, caring people. The first thing they help me with is they prepare me the elements for a milkshake that I have every morning. They also help with showering. They help me wash my back and areas that I'm unable to reach. They helped me lotion after that. I have a cooling system that they put ice in with water, and it circulates through hoses that wrap around my shoulder, which has been very good. So they prep that, too. And from time to time, they pick up things or do odd things for me. There are things that I'm unable to do because I don't have access or use of my right hand or arm."

They took great care of her through her illness while showing compassion, love, family, and kindness. They are still a part of our family and our lives as they help with our FIL, who also occasionally needs care. You could not find better caregivers or people to take care of yourself or a loved one."
