My brother is in a nursing home at Autumn Care of Salisbury. I chose it because it had good reviews. The staff is very helpful and caring. The food looks fine. It's easily accessible. The rooms are adequate in size and have comfortable furnishings. They have a gazebo, and it's nice. Cleanliness and upkeep are more than adequate.

My Mother was in the rehab side of the facility. She was sent there after experiencing Covid-19. Mom is90years young with dementia. We were told as a family to bring 3 sets of clothing with her personal items. When picking up Mom to bring her home we noticed before leaving the facility that all of her clothing was missing and especially her partial bridge. Autumn Care did not take responsibility for the lose even though we had clear documentation. We even went as far as to file a small claims dispute but found out because the corporate office is in Ohio we would need to travel to Ohio to file. This loop hole is what Autumn Care knew about and was counting on the Judge to dismiss because of the location. Autumn Care is a place I would never recommend for anyone's love ones. No integrity

My dad is in skilled nursing care in Autumn Care of Salisbury. Our experience with them has been very good. My dad -- who is almost totally blind and cannot walk -- has done very well with them. They give him very good care, and he’s content there. Of course, everyone would like to be at home, but he is getting the kind of care that he needs there. It is always clean in there, and I think they’re very attentive to his needs.

On the day of my mothers discharge, she left with severe dehydration and some terrible bacterial infection called c/diff....instead of going home, she ended up in the hospital for 3 days!!!....feel like if she had not left when she did, she may not be here today! I did like the rehabilitation ladies and the transportation ladies!

My father has been there only a short time but this seems to be the best place so far in Salisbury for all-round care and environment.
