The Ivey is a wonderful caring place for your loved ones with Memory issues. My husband was there for about a year. He was diagnosed with early on-set Alzheimers at 57 yrs old. He really enjoyed going to The Ivey where he was kept busy painting, dancing, and "helping" others while I worked from home. It was peace of mind for me. The facility is beautiful with a mountain lodge feeling. It was always very clean and no bad smells. The staff - I just can't say enough about the Staff. They took such good care of my husband and loved him. They kept me abreast of any changes that they saw in him and offered advise when I had questions about where he was in the disease. This is a well kept secret that you should know about and check out for your loved one.

He is going to an adult day care. The name of the facility is The Ivey. It is a memory center for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients. From what I see, it is wonderful. Everything is wonderful there. The food is excellent. About safety and security, it is great. The whole place is great. It is a great place with great staff.

The Ivey is the best kept secret in Charlotte. They provide exercises and physical therapy, if you need it, designed for people with dementia through genesis, a Bridge club, and other things to help develop the memory to keep things right. It is very ritzy, and the staff members are very accommodating. The Ivey hires a chef to do meals and the meals are excellent.

This is a Senior Adult Day Care. It is a very welcoming and caring environment for the elderly. The facility is top notch and they provide a lunch and many services during the day for those in need.

The Ivey is a day care for people with dementia, AD & Parkinson's Disease. This program is superior by far. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food (made fresh everyday) is terrific & the activities they have are wonderful. I can't say enough about this place. I am so glad I found it & love the fact that I can drop my Mom off & know that she is getting the best care possible. There is a chef, nurse, activities directors on staff. You can't go wrong by sending your loved one here.
