My friend is in New Broadview. It was actually a very nice facility if you're handicapped. He happens to like it, the people are friendly, they take care of him, and the food is okay; it's not great, but it's okay. He's sharing a room, he liked it, and he thought it's pretty nice. They color, do painting, and card games, and they have a TV room. If you're looking for a place that's keeping on top of things, New Broadview is a good choice.

- Special Comment: The atmosphere at New Broadview Manor is one of a community rather than a facility. We are an extended family to some residents and to some the only family. Residents enjoy management’s “Open Door Policy” and it is not uncommon for residents to visit the office just to say, “Hi”, show pictures of grandchildren, have a dispute settled, show off the new clothes they bought or a new hairstyle. So this is life at New Broadview Manor while behind the scenes our well-trained staff is providing quality care according to each residents needs prescribed by their physician.

Theft. Phone stolen and mail stolen. Contacted personel. They did not care. Mail with money stolen out of mailbox with security camera on it. Contacted management no one returned my phone calls. Called 2x left messages. Had someone physically speak to someone to call me . Stated they due not call back people. Then 4x called and i was told they will call back. When something goes wrong no return call backs. Told my resident to file issues with post office. Post office has been delivering 20 years without trouble. Frustrating management dosent care.

My friend was in the New Broadview. It's on the beachside, but it was more a hospital environment. It was not beautiful, the room I saw was supposed to house two individuals, but it was no bigger than a dorm room. It had one closet and one dresser per person, and it was all tiled. They have a cafeteria, a craft room, and a room with chairs and a television. The people were very nice, but the atmosphere wasn't wonderful.

New Broadview Manor HFA, LLC was nice, but they could not take my aunt because she has to walk with a walker. The place was clean, and the people were nice. The person we dealt with was wonderful and told us what we needed to know. The rooms were clean and of a nice size.

The rooms at New Broadview Manor were clean. They looked very well kept and well maintained. I loved everything about this community. The only thing is when I visited it with my father, he decided that he didn’t want to live that far away from me. The people there walking around looked happy. It would be a very comfortable place for me. I didn’t have any concerns with it. It was a good experience. Everything was done well.

I placed my mother at New Broadview Manor last Thursday. She seems to be transitioning well, and everything seems to be moving along. What stood out were the staff and the residents. They seemed very satisfied and happy with their treatment and conditions. It's a very diverse community, which was an important part for her. The staff especially seemed very willing to do whatever it takes to try to help us in our decision making. They had all kinds of social activities. They gave me a calendar showing what they typically do for each day of the month. The doctors come to the facility twice a week.

I have visited the New Broadview Manor once, and from what I have seen, it was OK. The woman in charge was very nice. I thought she was excellent, and I liked her.
