I had a relative that resided at The New Golden Acres as recent as this year. My family member had alot of problems but the new administrator who works there now was wonderful to my family member. She did everything she could do to help. She has really worked hard to make this place a loving and good place for the residents to live. If you have not been there lately go by and see for yourself.

I have had a mentally ill parent live in many "disturbing" adult homes. This place is the absolute worst I have ever seen. My skin crawled from how upset I was with the place. It felt as though no one was working or supervising the place at all. If at all possible, I suggest finding another place to live for yourself or someone you care about or love.
