"We got an aide from Right at Home - Monroe to stay with my mom. The agency has been excellent. The caregiver helps with her daily living, like washing her hair and making sure she gets out of bed. They give her medication, but I put it all in a pill box. They just make sure she takes it. They cook her meals and keep her company. The lady she has now full-time has a certification for elder care, and she's been wonderful. When they introduced us to the caregiver, the owners of the company came to the house with her. They're extremely supportive. My mother had to go to the hospital and they went to the hospital with her until I could get there, which happened twice. When mom had these medical problems, one of the office managers left the office to drive to the house to see how my mom was doing and waited until I got there. She just did that and she didn't charge me. They've just been wonderful."

"Note that this review is about my initial contact with the agency as I am not a current customer. I contacted them because I needed home care for my wife who has Alzheimer's, and who is currently in a memory care facility. I have decided to bring her home and I contacted Actual Home Care to provide aides. They were very quick to respond, immediately set up an appointment to see me and our home, and brought one possible aide who they thought would be a good fit for my wife. I was very impressed with the questions they asked and the information they provided. They quickly responded to any questions and concerns I had and that was one of the salient features of our contact. I have to give only a four-star review because I have not actually used their services but if it is anything like my initial contact experience, they should be excellent."

"We hired a young lady from Synergy HomeCare for about an eight-hour span. She helped my grandmother around the house and helped her get ready for a nap and just made sure that she was generally safe in everything that she was doing. She was very good, showed up on time, and was very attentive to her. My event was running a little bit late and she even offered to stay an extra hour, which was very helpful.
