Pam was an absolute pleasure to work with, very professional and sympathetic to my needs. I needed a home caregiver that was experienced to assist my mother who recently been discharged from a rehab center. Pam made sure that the home caregiver matched up to my mother’s needs including taking the proper medications, light cooking (healthy lunches), walks and rehab. I am very pleased how things worked out with Pam’s attentiveness and exceptional service. I would certainly recommend Actual Homecare Services to anyone needing a home caregiver. My mind is at ease knowing that my mom is in good hands and doing exceptionally well.

Note that this review is about my initial contact with the agency as I am not a current customer. I contacted them because I needed home care for my wife who has Alzheimer's, and who is currently in a memory care facility. I have decided to bring her home and I contacted Actual Home Care to provide aides. They were very quick to respond, immediately set up an appointment to see me and our home, and brought one possible aide who they thought would be a good fit for my wife. I was very impressed with the questions they asked and the information they provided. They quickly responded to any questions and concerns I had and that was one of the salient features of our contact. I have to give only a four-star review because I have not actually used their services but if it is anything like my initial contact experience, they should be excellent.
