I worked for more than a decade as an elder care case manager and had many wonderful experiences with the care of my clients and others! The direct care staff are held to high standards of care for the elders, the home is clean and cheerful, active yet peaceful. The clients always shown the utmost respect! When it became time for my father to move from more independent housing, due to advancing dementia, I chose Constance House for him, to live the remainder of his life! I couldn’t be more happy with the loving attention he recieved, as a daughter and as a professional!! Ms Dimperio is very skillful and full of understanding and compassion! Frequently the residents enjoy cognitive stimulation including singing, listing to music, recognizing places on maps and discussing current and historical events!! Not such easy trivia! I always found the staff responsive to my requests and they always follow up with many medical concerns!

My husband has moved into Constance House. So far, it is very good. Their food is very good and always includes a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Everything seems to be made from scratch. They have an open kitchen, so you can smell the food cooking in the house. The residents come to a large dining table. The dining area seems lovely. Everyone is very pleasant, very kind, and very attentive to all the residents. Everything they do is done very well. Their living atmosphere is positive. However, they don't have outside activities. I wish they could get out a little bit more.

I did not think Constance House was very clean. The rooms were small. The facility was pretty run down and dark. I just did not feel comfortable in it. I certainly would not put my mother there.
