I'm leaning on Azalea at Hamilton. I was satisfied with their apartments, their location, and what they offer. The down payment is only $5000, and there's obviously a monthly fee. That's satisfactory for me. Everything looked very nice. It looked like people were happy. It was a good impression. They have quite a bit of amenities available. I was very pleased. The physical appearance was good. They have everything I would need. There are things to do and entertainment. The dining room looked satisfactory. They have a meal plan, too.

My friend moved in. She's in their independent living and has a nice apartment. It has a bedroom, a nicely sized living room, a full kitchen, and a very nice bathroom. She could also take her dog with her. She felt that she liked the area it was in because it's close to family and close to us, her friends. It's a very nice four-story building, and the grounds are walkable and very nice. When you go inside, you have to sign in and sign out, which I like. There's also someone always there at the desk. The hallways are nice and bright. The dining room was very large. I didn't go into the dining room to eat, but I had lunch with my friend there. There is sort of a deli place there where you just order what you want, and they make it right there. They also had waitress service, and the food was delicious. They have lots of activities like chair yoga and cardio drumming. They have two movie theaters and a hair salon. They have everything there that my friend could take advantage of if she chose to, and she's been doing different activities during the day. They even travel. If you want to go, they take you to different places. For instance, they went to Point Pleasant Beach to the boardwalk. They have a lot of different interesting things that they do for the residents. My friend is adjusting and doing things at her own tempo. She's also very happy that she was able to bring her dog with her. I would say that the staff and the residents all seem very pleasant. When I was there, there was a lot of activity going on. There was a group playing cards and doing puzzles. On every floor where there was activity, there were quite a few people involved. They have everything you need that they could offer to you, and I thought that was nice. I like everything about the facility.

We went to look. The staff we talked to was really great. He was fantastic. He was very clear and explained everything to us. The facility was very nice and clean. They have very nice rooms. It seems like a pretty and bright place. It's convenient for us because we live in a town that's the same township, so we could see my dad a lot. Everything looked great. The cafeteria was really nice and open. They have two libraries. It's really important that they're able to get a cable and stay in touch with the phone. All the rooms look like apartments in an apartment building. They look really nice and comfortable. The people decorate them nicely. It would be good for my dad.

It is a brand-new, nice place. One thing I like about it is that should Mom move on to assisted living, she can still go to the independent living side and socialize with friends. They have a secure memory care area if the time comes that we need it. Another thing we like is they serve meals all day long instead of at fixed times. The staff we met was knowledgeable and very compassionate, and we feel very comfortable with them.

I chose it for my mom because she can afford it, and it's a beautiful place that offers everything that she needs; she'll get assistance with her medication and with whatever she needs. They have all the activities, a movie theater in the building, a bistro with good food, a gym with equipment, and yoga and chair exercises. The size of the rooms are smaller than we hoped, but the rest of the place is wonderful.

It is brand new, very nice, and pristine. They have five or six different sized apartments in the independent section that I looked at which were all very nice. They seem to promote a lot of activities and entertainment. The lady who helped me was very nice. They have more than one dining room, a bistro, and a breakfast place where they serve continental breakfast, coffee, and tea. They have in-house therapy. It has a lot of different entrances to take you closer to your particular dwelling, but it's massive. It's three stories tall and it has a lot of hallways and elevators.
