Beautiful clean facility. Rooms are all private. Therapy staff really know their patients. Food is ok for a Rehab I guess, but didn’t bother me that much. Nursing staff are top of the line!

My husband was in Total Rehab Moorestown NJ twice. Once 2 months and once 3 months. Facility is very well kept. Drs, Nurses, Aides, and entire staff very professional and caring. The Director and Associates are so personable and treat each and every patient like they were family. I’ve been to several facilities in the tri state area visiting family members and friends and none can compare with Total Rehab. They always have something going on all the time to keep the patients active and entertained. As for Physical Therapy it is top notch. Their therapist are among the best. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for care for themselves or a loved one. Actually miss going there to visit my husband everyday and we are planning to stop in one day soon to say hello to everyone. Don't believe the brochure, website or their marketing. this place is more of a last resort than the "resort" they'll lead you to believe. Removed my mom after two nights. Room was filthy and communication was as terrible as the food.

The Administration and entire staff at Total Rehab is exceptional.. My dad was literally in tears ..leaving today... He kept saying how much he loved everyone and how kind everyone was to him.... One of the best...I am in the business of elder care .I will always be truthful... Meir is the best...

The room needs repairs especially to the woodwork and the paint. Chairs are decidely uncomfortable for anyone over the age of 6 and the cushions are flat and need replacing. The staff is very lax in responding to the residents even those whose bed alarms go off because they are trying to get out of bed and residents need foley bags changed/emptied. They ign ore residents calls for help. The nuses lie about patient family contact to get their own agenda accepted and do not follow doctor orders regarding bandaging or med administration.

I have to make known my experience at Total Rehab in Moorestown, NJ. I was there for almost 3 months. I had the best possible experience in every area. Therapy, nursing, dining etc. I made so many nice friends between the residents and staff members. They make it so hard to leave! Thank you everyone for helping me get better.

I am coming from an assisted living facility. Janine from activities is fantastic, Entertaining, compassionate, warm and is a true GEM. She has fulfilled every need for every resident at this facility. My ALF should hire people like her. The therapy is marvelous! Thank you so much and I will really miss the staff here!

I’ve been a resident here for 3 + weeks. I found the service to be excellent, especially nursing and physical therapy. The facility is immaculately clean, and the staff really cares about patient wellbeing.

My Mom was at this facility for 3 weeks and she loved it there. The Rehab was great, they really worked well with her and got her back on her feet so she no can take care of herself! The food was delicious, there are so many choices! but most important is the staff! they treat each patient with so much respect and kindness! Thanks so much Total Rehab at Moorestown!

My Mother recieved only 15 minutes of therapy 3 days after she was admitted, most of the time she was neglected and hungry, the second day I visited her she actually smells very bad because they allowed her to sit in her urine for hours. Many of the staff are very impatient and unkind. I would not recommend that type of treatment for anyone. You guys need to better.
