Maintenance response is excelLent since Jennifer has been over this department. I had a problem with plumbing Today and response was amazing. Sanchez immediately and very professionally resolved the issue. Previously my blinds needed replaced , issue was resolved in the same manner. Great job

This was the nicest assistant living establishment I saw in the search for my grandmas new home about a year ago. The apartments are clean and rather large for one person, which is great. The kitchen was updated and there was carpet through out the whole apartment (the carpet did need a cleaning). I liked that the cable and utilities were all included, I was later told that this is very likely in most assisted living homes. The staff didn't really acknowledge my family or my grandma, however, the woman who took us around was very friendly and informative. Not that much was really on site and my grandmother would have to take a shuttle if she needed medical assistance or just wanted to go to the doctors. That's why we didn't select this place. The location of this establishment seems to be safe and a good place for someone of her age to stay especially since there is an intercom system to connect to security if needed.
