Our experience is great. The food's good, the care is good, and the workers are good. The staff is good. It's perfect. It's expensive, but good. Mom has a studio. It fits a double bed, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, a TV stand, and a recliner. They have bingo, arts and crafts, happy hour, and shopping trips on a bus. They also have a library, a courtyard, an activities room, and a movie theater.

Under the new ownership there is no one beyond the staff onsite. Two months after mom moved in they raised her room fee 8%. This was a shock and completely misleading as the staff knew that the rate increase would be assessed to all residents. There was no air conditioning in August and September. No heat in October. The food is terrible and not very nutritious. Frozen food that’s heated up. Not much fresh fruit nor vegetables. The salad is iceberg lettuce? Not a nice mixed greens. The aids barely speak English and give an attitude when presented with requests. They don’t seem to enjoy their job, mostly they sit in the activities room. The only pleasant part of this experience is that the executive staff on site are from the previous ownership and are cooperative.

It is very pleasant and very beautiful. She is in an Alzheimer’s unit. The rooms are small but pleasant. They have movies and they play Bingo. The staff is amazing. I would recommend this to others.

I found it was very nice with a lot of very nice people, but the rooms were quite small. There were reservations I had about the size. It's right across from some hospitals.
