"I’ve worked with Right At Home for several years for various care needs for my mom and I’ve been very happy with all their services. Over the years, we’ve had aides live-in for several months; aides who come a few hours each day; aides who come specifically for showering; and aides who come for an overnight or a very short-term stay. The aides have been uniformly high quality: knowledgeable, responsible, friendly, responsive, and aware and respectful of my mom’s feelings. My mother has felt safe with the aides emotionally and physically, which is the priority and is a huge relief for me. I can’t write a review without talking about the front office staff. The staff is helpful and supportive. We’ve had needs that have arisen at the last minute, and needs that have changed while services were in place, and the office staff have gone out of their way to come up with solutions. They are always helpful, honest, and clear in their communication. They consistently go above and beyond. I think there can be sort of “grade inflation” in reviews, where people rave about a place in a way that it’s hard to take seriously. On the flip side, there’s the delusional hate reviews. Both are annoying because they ruin the usefulness of reviews. I’m reviewing Right at Home because I hope it will help people who are in a stressful situation, where the health and well-being of a loved one is involved, find a good solution."
