Summit Home Health Care worked out very good. We had a health aide come in and she was wonderful. She helped out around the house, made meals, and she was really great. The management was fantastic. They were very attentive and they made sure everything was set up. They worked with me when there were problems with the schedule and they were very flexible.

Promoting your safety, health and independence is our top priority. We offer licensed certified home health aides that provide excellent care under the direct supervision of our registered nurses. One of our experienced Registered Nurses will design a personalized care plan that will meet your individual needs, in consultation with the family, physician and/or insurance case manager. Our designed care plans will allow you to remain safe and maintain your dignity and independence in the comfort of your own home. We will select the right skilled, caring and compassionate care giver to help alleviate your daily worries. Our Home Health Aides are available 24 hours a day as needed to provide services such as: Personal Care/Assistance with ADLs Respite and relief for the family Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Laundry Medication Reminders Appointment Scheduling Companionship Our services are available on an hourly or live-in basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
