Our chef, Doug, graduated valedictorian from the Culinary Institute of America; he has developed the menu to include fresh fruits and vegetables in season, prime cuts of meat such as filet mignon/prime rib, and fresh fish. Our sous chef, Milo, is also knowledgeable in all aspects of fine dining and can actually carve ice and fresh vegetables! We make everything homemade when possible!
