My Step-mother was in this facility for almost five years and we found them to be very caring and professional. She was always dressed nicely including jewelry, she was taken out for lunches and trips, they had movies and shows at the facility and overall she was in a very happy mood when we visited her. She also ended up in the nursing home section for a period of months and the same was true there also.
