My friend moved into Pine Rock Manor. It's nice. There's a lot of room for people to roam around, and there are a couple of large rooms that are general activity-type rooms. My only complaint is that it seems pretty hot there. The hallways are air-conditioned, but the larger rooms I find hot. That's the biggest thing to complain about. The staff all seem pretty nice, the ones that I see and interact with. I have eaten there several times, the food is very good.

Pine Rock Manor was great. It's nice that it's a locked community. The staff was super nice and even the people that are already there are super nice, and it's also extremely homey. The food smelled good. It's wheelchair accessible. We did not walk around too much in the facility because after, I realized it was a live-in facility, we kind of just opted out. They have an outdoor backyard/courtyard that was gated and locked as well. They have a game room, all kinds of different activities for seniors, and a library.

We selected Pine Rock Manor for my mother. It is very attractive, and my mother seems to be happy. I've eaten a couple of meals there that were very good. When I go there on Thursday, my mother is in a group singing songs from their era. The staff is very good. They get the people to engage, and all seem to be happy. There's nothing to improve on because they are doing the best that they can, and dealing with an Alzheimer’s patient is not an easy task.

Pine Rock Manor was the best one for the purpose I was looking for because they specialize solely in memory care. The general manager was great and just everything about it was well run. I thought this place was really very good. The rooms looked good, very clean, and very well maintained. The place was very well staffed, and I was impressed.
