I toured Truewood by Merrill, Henderson. The place is classy, comfortable, and clean. The people were helpful and the residents were friendly. I didn't look directly at the pool or the exercise area, but they did have it. I pretty much looked at the room. I've seen how the rooms looked. I've seen how the front area looked. It's pretty much quick. I had enough information that I needed to know. I told her not to worry about taking me everywhere, but we just looked at a couple of places and I got the feel of a place. I understand what it would be like if I were to live there. The staff was polite and informative. I liked what they were doing. I felt comfortable there. If I need a place like that, I'll go.

It was very beautiful and very clean. Everybody was friendly. The layout was nice. I liked everything. The room was very nice and spacious. It was a good location, and it's in a good neighborhood. It's a very warm facility.

My friend is living in the memory care. The place is excellent and I'm very happy with it. The service is very good and the staff is very caring. They have arts and crafts, games, bingo, gardening, and trips. The apartment is very nice, clean, and cheerful.

It was my first choice but they didn't have availability when I needed to move my mother. What stood out to me was that they have a lot of engagements with their patients, and that was amazing. Most of the rooms I saw were double-rooms with a dividing wall and they share a bathroom. It was pretty expensive for a double-room, although not bad, but it's nice and it's a new place. As far as what they have available for the patients to do, everything was included. They have activities all day long for the residents to do. When I was visiting, I saw 4 or 5 people out of on the main floor doing a cooking activity with them. The staff tries to keep the residents all in one floor instead of them spending time in their room all day.
