I like College Villas. They are very quiet, yet a lot of the residents are kind of hanging around in the courtyard talking. It looks like a close knit community. I chose it because it is close to my house, and my dad likes it. They have indoor kind of recreation area, and the atmosphere is very good. The washer & dryer are in the unit, and it is affordable.

At College Villas, they have a place for washer and dryer. They also have a parking lot, like a carport. I saw a one-bedroom apartment there and it's fairly new. They have 100 more apartments to fill.
