Everything was good at The Boulevard at Wentzville. It was very clean and very inviting. The staff was great too. The lady who toured me was very friendly, very inviting, and informative. The rooms were nice and I felt that they were clean and had plenty of room.

I went to The Boulevard at Wentzville and it was very nice. It's huge and they have different buildings. The person who took us through was very nice. I thought it was a nice place, but I'm not sure whether it would be the best place for my husband. It's very expensive.

We visited The Boulevard at Wentzville. The staff was very friendly and the residents seemed very happy. I'm not too happy with the fact that if they had any kind of an emergency, there wasn't anything that the place could do for them. If they fell, they couldn't do anything to try to help them. They had to just call for an ambulance. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable and seemed to be very good with the residents that were there. With regards to facility cleanliness and structure of the building, it was all very good.

I will be moving into The Boulevard at Wentzville. It's a nice place, and it's well-staffed. It had everything that I needed. It had a gym with free weights, a swimming pool, and a whole bunch of chickadees running around. I visited a few times and every time, I got very courteous service and everybody was busy. I sat in their dining room and watched and I did my due diligence. Everything's clean and put together. There's nothing that says out of order. Everything works.

I went to The Boulevard at Wentzville to visit a friend. I liked the location of the place. I liked the cost the least. It's way too expensive. The room my friend has looks small. She wanted me to eat dinner there, but they wouldn't let me, because I didn't go back to the home office and pay for it first, which was a long distance, and I didn't feel like doing that.

I felt like the people at The Boulevard at Wentzville were welcoming. The facility was fairly updated, and they were able to answer any questions that I had upon arrival. The tour was tailored to fit my needs. The staff who gave the tour was knowledgeable. The rooms that I saw had appliances like the refrigerator and microwave, and you can bring a washer and dryer. There's a courtyard outside.

It's all about and only about the money. Intake evaluation is just a series of questions. Nearly impossible to make additional fees go away although answers to questions at intake were incorrect. Additional services charged for are seldom performed. Always short staffed. Meals are provided for short periods in dining room. Otherwise you get a sandwich in room. Appeal process is a complete waste of time. Overall way overpriced and very little service provided in assisted living.

The Boulevard at Wentzville seemed like a very nice place. It's clean and modern. The staff there just seemed a little aloof and reserved, but they seem confident and professional. I toured independent living. Everything seemed to be reasonable and even above reasonable with their price range. They had a general area that's for visitors. I went in person but I didn't take a tour of their amenities. The facility itself though was extremely clean and well-kept. It's within walking distance of some restaurants and things of that nature.

I toured The Boulevard at Wentzville, and I loved it. They were very nice, and they have a very nice facility. I checked out one room, and the place was closer to my home at the time. The facility was gorgeous, and everybody seemed to be really nice. They have great activities, and they have a pool that I could do some exercises in. The person that helped me there, her name was Katie, was very nice. They have meals three times a day, and it's just like a restaurant. You just go down and order what you want, and they have someone bring it to your table. That's very nice, and the rooms seem really nice. The one I was looking at was the studio, but someone else beat me to it.

I saw The Boulevard at Wentzville. The tour wasn't quite as extensive as the other ones. It was a very nice place. The reason for not choosing it was the distance from my home. It was over 10 miles away, and the one we have is within four miles of my house. So that's a huge difference for me and my time and being able to get there quickly and often as I can. I didn't really get to meet any of the staff. I just met the lady that gave me the tour. She was very nice, very polite, and very informative. They had several different types of living at that home. They had assisted. They even had apartments on three different levels. Their memory care was a separate part of the wing on the ground floor. I was comfortable with that. The whole point got down to the money part of it: the price. Their price was going to be higher because they did not furnish the rooms. I had to furnish the rooms myself and that was an extra expense. Then the monthly cost was was a little different, and that didn't work as well. The place itself was great. They're very, very well appointed. It looked spotless. I don't know if they showed me all of it, but what I saw was absolutely clean.

The Boulevard at Wentzville is very nice. They have exercise, they set aside a room where you can have your family in for a luncheon or dinner, and you can reserve the space. They have a snack bar that's open twenty-four hours a day, they have a restaurant that's open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and when you go in the waiter comes to your table. They have activities, and they have a swimming pool; it's very pretty. They showed us a room that was a two-bedroom, and we've been looking for a two-bedroom, so they had to wait for one to open. So I haven't seen the room, but I've seen the floor plan, and it was very nice. The person who showed me around during the tour was extremely nice, extremely informative, and went above and beyond in answering questions and getting copies of the floor plan for the one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. It was a beautiful entry, the people there greeted us and checked us for COVID, asked questions, took our temperatures, and had sanitizer there. They took us to the welcoming rooms, and then the person who was taking us to look at the rooms came in and gave us a tour of the place. It also has a beauty shop and a billiard room, and it was very nice.

The Boulevard at Wentzville was very new. It would be a nice place to be, but the price would be a problem there. We looked at it last February before the pandemic, and it was a quick visit. We went through it, and the staff seemed to be working with the residents. They showed the memory care facilities. Everything looked very nice. The rooms were very nice, and the layout was very nice. My friend's mother was there, and they were very satisfied.

The Boulevard at Wentzville made it to my top of the list choices. They were wonderful and very accommodating. Their food was phenomenal. They had a menu that they can order from. They had a special of the day where they had entree choices, but they also had a menu that stays the same. They can have sandwiches, salads and burgers. It's very restaurant style and very delicious with tons of options. The rooms were wonderful, and the layout was really good. There were 2 separate buildings for independent and assisted. The independent was bigger and had more amenities, but they allowed the assisted living to come and use those facilities. The assisted living building was just as adequate, and it was laid out on one level because some of the residents had wheelchairs and walkers. Both buildings were excellent.

My parents were very impressed with the courtesy shown and the facility. Cindy was excellent, very welcoming and thorough. They also felt there was significant value offered relative to other facilities they have looked at.
