This is a very peaceful, well kept place to live with trees, greenery and beautiful grounds including a dog walk. There are activities in the clubhouse to meet & greet other residents. Pool, gazebo, walking areas, elevators in every building. Check it out.

I enjoy Cobblestone. I certainly appreciate the time and effort the office staff, Donna and Alexus and (recently retired) Twyla make to enable us to live in a comfortable manner. The pool area is an added bonus. I also enjoy having a coffee/"game" room. The location couldn't be better. A grocery store, banks, dentist, beauty salon, restaurants and auto service station are all very close by.

I just renewed my lease with Cobblestone and love it here. It is easy to have friendships here. There is a library in the office and mobile library that comes by often. Very good maintenance. Good surroundings. The complex is great and the shopping around this area are good too.

I enjoy that everyone here is very friendly. When I first moved here everyone invited me to come play card games in the clubhouse. We have exercises offered almost every day.

I have lived at Cobblestone for a few years now and I really enjoy the privacy it offers. The parking lot is big so I can always park close to my apartment, never too far of a walk. I also enjoy the 55 and up aspect of the complex too.

I live at Cobblestone Village with my wife and we enjoy the friendly people here. The parking lot is big so there is plenty of parking. Maintenance is excellent. We have garbage pick up on Wednesdays. The kitchen comes with all appliances you may need. You have quick access to highway 65. Conveniently close to Dr. offices, hospitals, shopping, and restaurants.

I have 2 Bedroom apartment which very spacious. The windows are huge and they offer great sunlight. I have a beautiful balcony that overlooks the community pool, which is also lovely! The management and staff have been wonderful. They are always courteous and helpful. On a scale 1 to 10, 10 best the best, I give Cobblestone a 10. I’m very happy here.

I am so sadden by the lack of professionalism from this company and their lack of compassion about their tenants during these uncertain times. My father is in Cobblestone 55 and older apartments. During the year and half that he has been living there, the complex has been under major on going renovations. He is unable to use his patio area because of support beams had to be put in place to hold up the deck above him. We have made several maintenance request from a screen door that is falling off the hinges, torn and dirty linoleum, dirty carpet, and a shower that doesn't drain. None of these have been repaired. However, the last event has me speechless. During the pandemic my father has been unable to stay in his one bedroom 600 sq. apartment due to medical conditions. After visiting his doctor we were informed that he should not live on his own. We contacted Cobblestone and Donna was rude and disrespectful to our family. We tried reaching out to the Wooten company main office for assistance but received no return phone call or email for a week. When finally speaking with Jessica, she asked "why would I call you back". She was above unprofessional and disrespectful. We were simply asking that they allow us to not pay for another month's rent. We were giving a 29 day notice instead of the 30. Even with a doctor's note there was absolutely no compassion or concern for my father's well being. The rudeness, disrespect, and lack of professionalism from Donna and Jessica is deeply troubling. I think Jessica stated it best when she said " I am the BOSS". I am sorry that the Wooten Company has placed people in charge of their company that has no compassion for it's tenants.

where to begin we have been here 1 yr . let me tell u the problems we have had , then u decide if its a place u would want to be . 1st night here the car was broken into and the inside trashed , air cond. quit , garage door wont open 3 times now . filters werent changed for 9 mo , think they were only changed then because of our complaining . they flooded our apt by turning the bath tub water on with the plug down and letting it run that way about 12 hours while we was out of town , we get home and had to move mattresses and furniture back to the bed room , then sleep in chairs 2 nights because the floor was sopping wet for about a week , it gets even better the building was built so poorly that we now live in a construction zone it started 4 months ago and looks like they have only started , this is only our building the hammering dirt and noise some days is so bad we leave . havent talked to a person thats happy here . they say it used to be a nice place till this managanent took over . we do have a really nice asst. manager

My grandmother lived in Cobblestone Village. She really enjoys it there. They don’t have a lot of stuff going on. I think they have an aerobics class in the summer in the outer pool. She plays cards sometimes. She has a one bedroom apartment, it’s kept up real nice, and they have maintenance to help change filters and light bulbs. The staff is accommodating, very kind, pretty prompt, and very welcoming.

We were in the process and had signed a lease at Cobblestone for our mother, but she hadn't moved in yet. It was a two-bedroom apartment with a patio. The staff was very helpful, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. There were daily activities. There were games, exercise classes, bible study, book club, potluck dinners, and everything.

The staff were very good at Cobblestone. I like them, and I like where it is. So far I have nothing to complain about, but the rooms were small. The people have been relatively friendly so far.
