NO STARS Nurse had not even looked at patients chart. Didn’t know she was diabetic until we told her. People walking the halls unsupervised. Front desk couldn’t even read Disgusting! Only a CNA covering 2 floors at night and he slept most of the time. There is only one elevator that takes 3-5 minutes to get to the floor. This is a fire hazard. They could never get all the people out. Also, there are paper decorations hanging from all the ceilings. Another fire hazard.

Before I recommended this facility to my brother. I toured this place and they told me how great it was and what they offered. This was the worst place ever. They did not do any of what they promised. They would give him shots of adavan to keep him calm. While working on getting him removed from this dreaded place. He passed away there. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! I wish to God that this facility would close indefinitely!!!!!!!

I visited the Northview Village nursing home because I had relatives who were residents of the facility. Upon entering the facility we immediately noticed the stereotypical nursing home odor. There was no staff to greet us at the front door. Upon entering the facility the atmosphere was dark, gloomy, and depressing. We finally met a nurses aid who asked us if we needed help. We explained to her that we were there to see two of our relatives. She then directed us to the elevator and told us which floor we needed to be on. The elevator smelled like urine. When we arrived on our floor we noticed residents sitting out in the hall in their wheelchairs or just wandering around aimlessly. I felt like we had entered a mental institution. The facility was not modern by any means. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. No one should have to live in a place like this.
